The Role:

The Global Key Account Manager for Seating is a necessary member of our global sales team and will grow sales for seating customers Adient and Lear. The Global Key Account Manager will lead our sales organization to sustainable profitable growth through important strategic partnerships.

What We Expect Of You:

• Develop the strategy globally focused to Seating
• High Energy

• Maintain relationships with our global MVI team
• Have an expert understanding of the MVI sales strategy
• Develop strategic partnerships within your customer base to promote sustainable profitable growth
• Be a strategic resource within our sales team
• Negotiate high-level agreements with important accounts
• Negotiate global agreements
• Maintain a high level of competency on the product and sales strategy
• Work with customers and help coach sales personnel
• Maintain a thoughtful understanding of important accounts
• Present annual business plan
• Follow main market trends
• Communicate and work with all relevant Atlas Copco resources in the United States and globally
• Present new product and new ideas
• Maintain a sales pipeline
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote standardization within important accounts
