Restaurant Managers
Job Duties:
- Evaluates, maintains and oversees the operational performance of his/her restaurant
- Ensures that food cost, labor, and cost of goods sold are inline with expectations
- Works with team members to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Engages in clear, consistent communication with senior leadership and restaurant teams on a frequent basis.
- Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different job responsibilities; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Takes ownership for their store
- Gets involved with community activities
Key Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to handle numerous job duties essential to running a restaurant.
- Competent in the key areas of responsibility, which include labor cost management, performance management, restaurant operations, results reporting and customer care.
- Demonstrated management experience for 1+ years.
- Superior leadership, organizational and time management skills.
- Possess a confident and professional demeanor.
- Inspires trust, models best practices and cultivates morale and teamwork amongst team members. Must be a leader.
- Proactive problem-solver and decision-maker.
- Must thoroughly understand the importance of good hygiene and food handling practices.
- Flexible schedule required, including mornings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
