What You’ll Do
- Coach and mentor a team of Sarah Flint Brand Liaisons to always put the guest first and ensure an exceptional visitor experience is delivered 100% of the time.
- Become an expert on the full Sarah Flint catalog and provide style advice and product recommendations to suit a customer’s unique needs.
- Engage with loyal customers IRL: form new customer relationships for the brand and seek opportunities to surprise and delight our customers.
- Educate visitors on our product assortment, brand history and value proposition.
- Oversee inventory management and back-of-house ops ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Quickly implement solutions to any problems or issues that arise.
- Assist the HQ team to create programs, events and initiatives to make our customers’ experiences even better.
- Manage scheduling and payroll to effectively meet the needs of the business and company expectations.
- Maintain operational excellence implementing key policies, procedures, training and initiatives with your team.
- Use KPIs and reporting to create business solutions and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, uphold and embrace Sarah Flint’s mission and core values.
About You
8+ years experience in retail or hospitality leadership including managing a front-line team- Shopify experience preferred, but not required
- Willing to give and receive feedback to and from field team/HQ on improving store environment and customer service
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
