We are seeking an experienced, reputable, ethical, dependable Dental Associate who is committed to self-development and who enjoys a challenge. We at Gentle Dentistry of Columbus are a family, drama-free team of professionals who are compassionate, fun, and dedicated to excellence in treatment and customer service. Our facility is clean, organized, and has everything that is needed for a successful dental practice. Currently, we are designing a modern 15-operatory building with the latest technology, including a digital scanner to be move in ready next year. Three operatories will be quiet rooms specifically designed as surgical suites. Our benefits include percentage of collections in addition to standard daily rate, $1000.00 available for continuing education yearly, company provided professional liability insurance for full-time dentists, around 6000 active patients, 401K, and opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. DMD or DDS is required, in addition to the other necessary licenses (CPR, DEA, etc.). This is a fee-for-service and PPO driven office with exceptionally high patient care. We are looking for a dentist to take care of our lovely patients on our Fridays!

Need to be able to accomplish the following:

· Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases

· Provide dentistry services such as cleaning, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, implant restorative procedures, and other oral services

· Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care

· Ensure in compliance with OSHA and dental board procedures

· Use dental instruments safely and effectively to avoid accidents

· Stay abreast with latest developments in dentistry field

· Examine patients, obtain medical history and develop treatment plan

· Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records

· Work with clinic staffs to provide quality patient care services
