We own a portfolio of rental properties primarily in Beaumont but extending to Port Arthur and Orange, TX. We also purchase single family homes to fix and flip. We need an experienced construction and maintenance manager. Must be multi-disciplined and able to do general remodel and update work. We have plenty of work and would like to grow this part of our business around the right person. Must be goal oriented and able to manage people, budget and task. Communication is key. Must be able to keep management informed of progress in real time. The job is primarily Monday through Friday, but at times will require working on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone that is ambitious, hard working and able to meet challenges. We are ready to put this person to work when we find them.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
