Full Time Supervisor for a Janitorial Company Job at Jamerson Janitorial Inc
· Assigns janitorial work and facilities to employees, following material and work requirements. Directly responsible for supervising and training all employees on specific duties and safety training at all assigned sites in geographic area.
· Performs monthly site inspections and notify the main office of any potential work orders. Supervisors are expected to go out weekly to their assigned locations in order to ensure the inspections are done for the month; this also ensures our quality of work meets our clients needs.
· Inspects work performed by employees to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards set by locations and Jamerson Janitorial, Inc.
· Investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. Consults with staff to resolve production and personnel problems. Informs the main office of any and all concerns regarding employees.
· Work involves public contact and requires a neat appearance, positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
· May deliver janitorial supplies monthly, maintain inventories of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate and proper supply levels are on hand- and accounted for at all locations.
· Records personnel date on specified forms and notifies the office of any employee or location changes.
· Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing.
-Able to clean biohazards such as feces
· Consult with staff regarding time off and any vacation requests.
· Attends all supervisor meetings called by the CEO

Pay: $2,800.00 per month
