Front Desk Supervisor, Full Time - The Celeste Hotel Job at Pinnacle Hotel Management
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Front Desk Manager in managing guest service operations. Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Supervising daily operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred 2 years Front Desk experience.
- Communication - Conveying information and ideas to others in a convincing and engaging manner through a variety of methods.
- Adaptability - Maintaining performance level under pressure or when experiencing changes or challenges in the workplace.
- Minimum lifting of 30lbs.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Approaching all encounters with guests and associates in an attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner.
- Ability to direct and maintain productivity levels.
- Performs employee evaluations.
- Accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a shift supervisor to ensure all daily functions of the check-in and check-out process are being completed at an optimal level.
- Check-in and check-out of guests.
- Working closely with other department.
- Minimum of two-years front desk experience and one year of prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Responsible for using Marriott's LEARN and guest recovery models while maintaining good guest rapport.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
