Front Desk Agents greet each guest who walks through our door or calls by phone and offers them any assistance they may request. Must be knowledgeable in all areas of Wine & Roses and be able to communicate information to a guest. Must be able to assist other departments, without negatively or affecting the level of service at the desk. Front Desk Agents are responsible for answering and handling all incoming calls, directing guests when needed, handling each stage of a hotel stay, from reservation, to arrival, to departure and all aspects of customer service. This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. All candidates must undergo a background check. Compensation is from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour depending on experience.
