CREDIT RETURN FORKLIFT OPERATOR
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
Put away all materials that are returned form job sites. Drive and operate a forklift, and follow all safety rules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for properly putting away stock that comes back from job sites and any other material that needs to be put away
- Follows all policy and procedures in the yard and warehouse including sales, inventory and safety
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Excellent customer service
- Assist where needed to learn other duties
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS:
- Forklift Certification
- Familiarity with building materials and forklifts
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Able to follow instructions and work a fast pace safely
- Able to use a calculator
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Must be able to work safely at a fast pace
EDUCATON AND OR EXPERIENCE
- 3 months to 1 year of experience
- Lumber experience desired
