McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a a Non-Judicial Foreclosure Processor will be responsible for processing non-judicial foreclosure files. Knowledge of the foreclosure process from referral through post-sale is required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume work environment and will have the ability to adapt to change easily.

• Review the foreclosure file for statutory, servicer, and investor compliance
• Scheduling of sales and coordination of advertisements with newspapers
• Document preparation, including sale notices, bid packages, and general correspondence
• Communication with clients, borrowers, attorneys, and management team
• Working knowledge of client systems, including BKFS and Tempo
• Assisting with other duties and special projects as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Working knowledge of foreclosure law and terminology
• Excellent professional communication skills. Position requires interaction with all interoffice personnel, managers and attorneys as well as the clients and outside vendors.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
• Well organized, effective time management, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Strong work and business ethics; Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a Team Player
• Effective problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, a350 CaseAware
• High School Diploma or GEDtlant
• 3 - 5 years foreclosure experience required

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• General high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at
• Occasional overtime may be required
