SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Purpose and function of job.
The SR Prime Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages in accordance with company standards and for maintaining all food and beverage products and supplies for the Restaurant.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
List duties in order of time spent or importance. Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
Restocks and maintain all food and beverage items, products, and supplies.- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations.
- Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
- Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
- Performs all duties in a safe and careful manner.
- Assists Food Servers as necessary.
- Delivers food.
- Prepares items for service, like condiments, trays, and utensils.
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education, experience, skills required, equipment used.
Must be 21 years or older.- High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
- Must have food service or Culinary Arts degree.
- 1 year related culinary work.
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority? Yes
Gaming License Required? Yes; Wilton Rancheria Gaming License
Other Certifications? Food Handler, ServSafe
