Gem State Staffing is accepting applications for several open positions with a local Cheese Processing plant for full-time, temporary-to-permanent production laborer positions in Gooding or Richfield.

***EARN UP $600 BONUS*** Earn $200 after working a total of 168 then receive an additional $200 for completing another 168 hours after that. A a total of $600 bonus would be rewarded after completing a total of 504 hours at this location.

Gooding Positions & Pay Rates:

• Bioferrin Packager – Day shift $19.00/hr. or Night shift; $19.75/hr., Will lift 30 lb. barrels 5-10x/day
• Cheese Packagers– Day shift $19.00/hr. or Night shift; $19.75/hr.
• Whey Powder Blend Operator– Night shift $19.75/hr.
• Whey Packagers – Day shift $18.00/hr. or Night Shift $18.75/hr.
• Whey Cleaner – Monday Friday, $16.00/hr.
• Agglomeration Operator – Night Shift $18.75/hr.
• Cheese Warehouse Operator- Day shift $18.00/hr. or Night shift, $18.75/hr.
• Farm Irrigator – Year round Monday-Friday
• Lab Analyst- $16.00/hr.; day shift: flexible schedule
• Office Translator – $16.00/hour- Will translate for the Spanish Speaking employees who are limited English. Will assist with Onboarding, New Hire orientation, translate for fork lift training, translate SOP’s and Translate specialty training. Must have be flexible as this would be scheduled as far in advance but at times may be needed without a weeks’ notice. Day shift but may run later into the night when a Night shift employee is coming on shift and requires a translator. Must be able to Translate from English to Spanish verbal and potentially written. Must be committed as this wont be a 40 hour a week dedicated position.

Richfield Positions & Pay Rates:

• Cleaner- Day shift, $16.00/hr.
• Whey Packagers – $18.00/hr. Days or Nights $18.35/hr.

Requirements:

• Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb.
• Adhere to company attendance standards.
• Comply with company safety policies and regulations.
• Qualified applicant should have no felonies in the last 10 years.
• Available to work overtime, weekends & potentially holidays as needed.
• Previous food processing/production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., unassisted.
• Must be able to be on your feet an entire 12-hour work shift.

Work schedule: Days or Night shift available. Training shift do vary when specified.
