About the Role

The Essity Global Manufacturing team is currently searching for a Financial Analyst - Manufacturing (Entry Level) to provide support to our Professional Hygiene North America business group. This is a professional development position that will be based out of our Service Excellence Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.

The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of the Essity Global organization, in addition to Essity brands and products, financial processes and tools, while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.

What You Will Do

• Financial Analyst - Manufacturing will receive various assignments to learn about the different areas of the Essity finance organization. The core assignments include rotations involving Controlling, Reporting and Analysis, and Supply Chain Finance.;
• Assist management with financial planning, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis and ad hoc business analysis;
• Support management in assessment of risks and controls for one or more given business processes;
• Assist management with identifying cost savings and process improvements and working to implement them.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or other business related field with 3.0 GPA or above. MBA a plus;
• Degree achieved within the past eighteen (18) months
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as excellent verbal and written presentation skills;
• Able to present complex issues in a simple, logical and succinct manner;
• Able to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines;
• Computer proficiency and PC skills in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word);
• An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter able to generate new concepts with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to be a team player;
• Must be mobile/open to relocation.
• Ability to travel as needed.
