Requirements
The Position -As our chosen Property Management Financial Analyst, every day you will support our staff by analyzing and reviewing data to promote financial well-being in the company. The position will analyze markets as well as assist with requests from Operations.
To thrive in this role:
Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports
Prepare and review ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Analyze current market conditions to identify opportunities for profit
Assist with due diligence activities related to property management, acquisitions, and development opportunities
Review monthly property reports and monitor performance of property from a financial perspective
Bonus Skills
Proficiency with computer software and relevant applications
Exceptional time management
Expertise in financial modeling
Research experience
Detailed data analysis
Have worked as an analyst in a Property Management Company previously
