Job Title: Finance Manager 30 hours, exempt, permanent with FULL TIME Benefits offered

Join us! Pediatrics West, PC is hiring a Finance Manger to join our growing team. Reporting to the COO, this role supports the Financial aspect of the company and backs a large patient panel. The finance manager is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations of the company including accounts payable/receivable, vendor contract review, payroll, financial reporting/analytics, and planning for a large private medical practice. This role is located in a central office within a medical building, working with a positive and collaborative team where personal growth and development are supported and encouraged.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages A/P, A/R, and Payroll
• Subject matter expert in payroll processing requirements and ADP Workforce NOW
• Produces all documents for month end reporting
• Conducts routine auditing of payroll and financial processes
• Constructs variance reports with analysis and explanation
• Develop and ensure policies and procedures are up to date with proper controls in place
• Anticipates and assesses company financial opportunities and shortcomings
• In collaboration with the COO and Partners, develop annual budgets and ensure adherence
• At the direction of the COO, produce pro forma and profit/loss documents
• Collaborates with HR, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain management
• Perform additional projects and duties as assigned by the COO
• High level of confidentiality is required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in accounting, finance or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in healthcare finance; within a private practice preferred
• Wide knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and industry standards
• Strong ability to gather and analyze financial data and produce detailed reports
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate a team for success
• Exercise sound judgement at all times
• Ability to work independently and as a leader of a team
• ADP Workforce NOW experience is highly desirable
• Epic experience a plus
