Elite Landscape & Christmas Lighting is now hiring hard working individuals that have excellent work ethic and a desire to grow within the company. We are hiring crew leaders / supervisors. Full time position available immediately.

Crew leader will be installing landscape and outdoor lighting in a crew of 2-3 people. In late September through January you will be managing a crew of 2 to 6 people that install holiday lighting and decorations for both residential and commercial locations. You will need to be clean and professional as you will have contact with customers and will be representing the company.

This position is fast paced, will be long hours and requires individuals to be organized and energetic. You must be comfortable working with heights. You will be acting as a working supervisor.

Our holiday season lasts from late September to end of January which you will be working 6 days per week (Mon - Sat) with long days (sometimes 12 or more hours) and a lot of opportunity to accrue overtime. We stay until the job is finished as we must maintain a tight schedule through the holiday season. We have some projects that require travel and 1 to 2 night stays. It is not uncommon to work 60 - 70 hours per week.

Our off season is focused on landscape lighting and preparation for the holiday season (February to September). Expect to work installing lighting systems Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm during this time frame. You will be installing lighting systems in hot Florida summers and all conditions. In the off season you may be asked to do other tasks such as building and vehicle maintenance as well.

We are looking for people who have a flexible schedule. We often give bonuses for certain targets and goals, generous tips are common as well. We have unlimited work during the holiday season so you will make a good amount of money in a short period of time!

Construction, electrical, or similar skills and abilities

• Dependable / Punctual (you are leading a team that is running on a tight schedule)Must have valid driver's license and clean driving history
• No fear of working at heights of up to 50 feet
• Available 6 days per week including Saturdays
• Hardworking (You will be working outdoors at times with wet, windy and hot/cold weather - That's one of the reasons why people hire us to do this job)
• Roofing, landscape lighting, electrical, holiday lighting, or similar experience a plus
• Must have experience working on ladders
• Management experience (preferably construction or similar field)
• Preferred experience operating a bucket truck, man-lift, or similar equipment
• Desire to grow within the company, this will be a year round position for the best candidate with opportunities to grow (opportunity to promote to branch manager with profit sharing pay structure)
• Desire to work a lot of hours
• Spanish speaking ability is helpful
