Field Specialist
Lifestyle Support Services Inc. is a human agency seeking qualified applicants for the position of Field Specialist. This position is a full-time position working a combination of daylight/evening hours with weekend on call rotation. The position will supervise & work with a team of GEO Lead Specialists in monitoring the day-to-day activities & services provided to the individuals residing in residential group homes. Essential duties include but not limited to ensuring group homes are meeting regulatory guidelines as per the 6400 & 6100 regulations, group home staff schedules are developed, implemented, and closely monitored as per LSS policy, and ensuring the individual’s health and safety needs are being met and maintained in conjunction with LSS Behavioral & Wellness Department. Salary range is 40,000.00 to 50,000.00 based on experience. Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred with human service experience.
