FIELD INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR - BEVERAGE REFRIGERATION

United Fast Food & Beverage Service, LLC (UFFB) recently expanded their C-Store customer base. Due to this growth and expansion there is an immediate need for the right candidate our installation supervisor position.

This Lead Installation / Installation Supervisor position will be responsible for all aspects of the installation process to include: conducting on-site surveys, preparing job quotes, planning, staging, coordinating schedules with outside contractors, leading a safe and efficient installation, providing customer training and job satisfaction, while bringing the job in on budget.

FIELD INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR or LEAD TECHNICIAN KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5+ plus years troubleshooting, reactive service experience, and installation in one or more of the following categories: ice machines, fountain dispensing, frozen beverage dispensers, coffee brewing systems, rapid cook ovens, and refrigeration.

3+ years proven leadership ability as lead technician or supervisor

FIELD INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR or LEAD TECHNICIAN KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to submit accurate paperwork in a timely manner

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to read wiring diagrams & schematics

· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

· Strong written & oral communication skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

· Ability to work variable and flexible hours including required overtime

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

· Pass drug screening and background check

· EPA Certification

· HVAC/R Certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Working conditions require driving to and from job site locations.

· Working conditions may vary depending on the type of call and location.

· Lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to climb a ladder

· Frequent standing, walking, stooping and kneeling, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, hands, and fingers.
