Facility Maintenance Worker 25 to 30 per hour Job at Subsouth LLC
Subsouth, LLC is currently looking for energetic and professional individuals to add to their maintenance team. If you strive in fast paced environments and enjoy problem solving, Subsouth, LLC is looking for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Performing general maintenance work on a daily basis, including lighting, repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
- Performing building safety inspections.
- Performing general preventative maintenance on refrigeration, and AC units.
- Exterior building maintenance including signage and parking lots.
Maintenance technicians will travel to different locations. Some, although rare, overnight travel may be necessary. Maintenance Technicians report to the Director of Maintenance. HVAC certification is preferred although not required.
