Skilled Management owns and operates Assisted Livings and Memory Care facilities throughout LA County. We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager for our Burbank Location.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping the physical plant clean and safe.
- Passing state inspections (Fire, Elevators, Licensing)
- Hiring and training housekeeping, laundry and maintenance tech staff.
- Performing inspections on laundry and housekeeping staff for quality assurance.
- Perform repairs and when needed, provide quotes for projects.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least two years of managerial experience.
- Able to hire and keep our housekeeping & laundry department staffed at all times including the ability to make the department staff schedule.
- Able to be on call after hours in case of emergencies.
- Knowledge of floor care and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
