Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility while acting as the Manager on Duty.
• Opening and closing of the facility as the primary Manager on Duty.
• You must be a leader who is passionate about providing exceptional guest service
• Events Manager will train, schedule, and oversee all event staff members under the direction of the General Manager.
• Inventory management.
• Oversee facility and all parties, events, and park rentals.
• Manage daily tasks and processes to optimize operational efficiency.
• Enforcing and teaching ALL safety rules and waiver policy procedures.
• Perform the functions of any team member when necessary.
• Other management duties as assigned.

Guest Experience: Create an employee environment of competence, high standards, and mutual respect through exemplary hiring and training of all part time employees.

• Create weekly schedules that best meet the business needs.
• Oversee all guest interactions and ensure employees are trained and prepared to handle all routine questions and issues.
• Handle any non-routine guest experience issues in a calm, professional, courteous, and expedient manner.
• Have the ability to "WOW" each and every guest that enters Sky Zone Hagerstown.
• Enjoy interacting with both children and adults.

Leadership Team: Participate as a member of the management team to brainstorm, plan, and implement innovative ways to grow and improve the business. Promote and embody the culture of Healthy, Awesome, Fun - where employees go above and beyond, while keeping it safe and delivering an amazing guest experience.

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of management experience in a related field. Previous management experience with young, part time staff.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends A MUST!
• Basic computer skills required (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Above all this position requires a "fun meets fitness" spirit that is a dedicated team player as well.
• Experience in the following fields is strongly preferred: Sports and Recreation, Family Entertainment, Restaurant Management, and/or Hospitality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
