Event Marketing Representative- Entry Level

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available $17/hour plus performance incentive
Responsibilities:
We are looking for energetic, driven individuals who are great at starting conversations. This challenging and fun job takes place at different retail locations and events throughout the area. In this role, you will be scheduling free in-home consultations for our project specialists to meet with homeowners and evaluate their projects. If you are a hardworking, outgoing individual, that loves interacting and talking to people and wants to learn more about marketing this is the position for you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows, festivals, and home and garden shows to generate leads for our project specialist
- Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads
- The more leads you set, the more money you will make!
- Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
- Assist with setup, execution, and break down of events
- Knowledgable of all key brand info, brand points, and educate conumers on products
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Have Fun and Smile!
What it takes to be successful:
- Reliable transportation
- Outgoing personality/ Ability to drive a conversation
- Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
- No direct selling is involved. This is a lead generation and marketing effort.
- Ability to Meet and Exceed Productivity and Performance Goal
- Full-Time- must be available weekends
