ERP Project Manager/ ERP Program Manager

Systems LLC in Germantown since 1961, provides dock levelers and dock safety equipment that are ESSENTIAL to distribution in the healthcare, food, water and transportation industries! We are in search of an ERP Program Manager to join our team.

The ERP Program Manager role supports efforts across the life cycle of the ERP initiative. We are looking for someone who will build & manage a holistic, robust plan with dependencies, measure quality, assess & mitigate risks and drive program success. This talented project manager will work onsite with a collaborative team, and have the ability to hold both internal stakeholders as well as partners accountable. The ideal candidate will have previous mid-market ERP experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations. Preferred solutions are Epicor Kinetic, Infor Syteline, Rootstock, and/or SAP. Five (5) years of project manager experience is required.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Formation - A range of activities focused on mobilizing and launching the initiative.
• Execution - Oversight and performance of planned activities.
• Coordination - Integration of company activities with those of its partners.
• Partner Management - Monitoring performance of partners against their commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous mid-market ERP experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations. Preferred solutions are Epicor Kinetic, Infor Syteline and/or Rootstock and/or SAP.
• 5 years of project manager experience is required. Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications, excellent interpersonal and team skills.
• Must have good presentation, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills and strong problem solving and business analysis skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.
• Effective executor- Can get things done and can implement complex transformation programs.
• Excellent team leadership skills with proven success leading teams and projects and the ability to manage multiple project tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work within cross functional teams a must.
• Familiar and fluent in multiple technologies and platforms; Highly developed productivity application skills- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, CRM, etc.
• Flexibility to work with multiple locations and for some travel, as well as work outside of normal business hours as needed
