The Facility and Equipment Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing facility assets and supplies. Oversee and perform maintenance and troubleshooting of facility machinery, electronic, and computer equipment. Oversee facility maintenance. Provide assistance with building security, user security, and credentialing. Provide help desk support to employees. This position is performed onsite, Monday through Friday, 1 St shift. Scheduled shift can be variable as long as it is set to fixed 1 st shift schedule and business needs are met. (This is a fulltime position and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week.) This position cannot be performed be remotely.

What you will be doing:
As a Facility and Equipment Supervisor you will be overseeing the facility upkeep including:
- User credentialing and basic windows technical support. Support with user and site passwords and accounts.
- Weekly purchasing, receiving, stocking, and oversight of items used throughout the facility and in operations. Perform quarterly audits of items. Manage new requests.
- Basic facility maintenance, such as draining air compressor, changing HVAC filters, replacing equipment, maintaining electronics such as printers, computers, and other devices. Basic facility troubleshooting and basic repairs. Scheduling service calls with vendors when facility issues arise or for more complex repairs.
- Create and support tickets.
- Perform facility audits, inspections, and compliance upkeep with R2 and safety needs.
- Interact and work with other departments to keep areas maintained and compliant.
- Off premise errands such as bimonthly/weekly pickups from Sam’s Club and other occasional errands to pickup/drop off supplies, packages and other facility equipment when need. (Need vehicle and valid license) usually 1-2 trips a week consisting of about 30 miles per week.
We are looking for candidates that have:
- The ability to work independently without an on-site supervisor.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot when prevailing conditions are not working as expected.
- Ability to shift gears quickly, be adaptable and flexible. Many times, will need to define change through process enhancements and implement change.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Must be computer and tech savvy.
- Must be handy and able to use basic tools for general repairs such as changing a lightbulb, replacing a power supply, replacing a doorknob, hanging a shelf, cutting a board with a circular saw, drilling a hole, mounting a security camera.
- Must be willing to accept new challenges, adapt to changes, and be the first response to find solutions to problems as they arise.
Education, Certifications, and Work Experience desired:
- 3-5 years’ working experience.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in consumer product goods preferred.
- General facility maintenance experience.
- Must have or be willing to obtain forklift training.
- Must have Computer and technical skills, A+ Certification is a plus
- Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Experience working with R2, ISO 14001, 9001, and/or ISO 45001 certification a plus.
Physical Demands
Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours. May be subject to lifting over 50 pounds.
Travel
Must have valid driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle to run company errands when needed.
