Come join a leading metal fabrication business located in Darien, WI. Founded in 1908, our company is seeking employment of an entry level welder to work full-time for the first shift 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We are willing to teach employees who want to learn the welding trade. All welding candidates, whether they have no experience or years of experience, will start in our welding training department. Experienced welders who can pass a welding test on the day of the interview will start between $18.05 and $18.90 depending on test score.

Entry Level Welder Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate machines safely and efficiently to weld products.
- Inspect product quality.
- Provide materials for machine operators.
- Assemble boxes and perform other duties required for finished products as needed.
- Accurately count assembled kits.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
Entry Level Welder Qualifications and Requirements
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and be flexible.
- Reliable and have good attendance.
