We are a brand marketing and consulting firm based in the North East LA area that excels in providing exceptional customer service to assist the government-funded Federal Lifeline Program in reaching local communities. Our success over the last few years is attributed to our team and nationally recognized training regimen.

Our main objective is to grow and develop new and existing business opportunities for our clients, and because of our proven track record, we have been able to continue these partnerships for many years. Now due to recent growth opportunities, we are now looking to expand our enrollment team! We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our Customer Service Representative position. This will be an entry level position, as we do teach and train from the ground up.

What Does a Customer Service Representative Do?

  • Work directly with eligible customers answering questions, providing specific product and service information, overturning objections, and processing enrollment signups
  • Train one-on-one with the Customer Service and Client Account Manager to fully comprehend our customer service and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow all privacy requirements
  • Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers

So What Do We Look for in a Customer Service Representative?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or another related field is preferred, but not required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer or client-facing position that involves customer service, customer service, or sales in some capacity
  • Must be genuinely excited to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Patient demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and effective follow-through
  • Someone with a competitive spirit to be able to contribute to our team environment
  • An individual who is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, grow in a new opportunity and is driven to succeed
