Enhancement Services Manager

Job Description
The Enhancement Services Manager schedules and directs personnel and resources to provide quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. They also support the Account Manager in estimating, design and client meetings as needed.

What You ll Do:
Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s)
Conduct and Attend weekly scheduling and training meetings
Manage all landscape enhancement services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work.
Involved in ordering, scheduling delivery and installation of seasonal color programs
Work with and manage crews to prune trees and shrubs
Work with and manage crews to modify, retrofit and program irrigation systems
Direct and Lead crews
Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to properly prepare a specific action plan for service
Assess and maintain quality of workmanship and safety of job site and crew
Estimate a project, create a professional proposal for clients, and document and summarize completed job information for billing and profitability
Accountable for proper care, maintenance and use of all tools and equipment assigned to the Enhancement Services Team
Keep abreast of new products, new practices and new services we could supply
Maintain a professional appearance and represent company in a professional manner
Snow Removal management and services
Other duties as assigned

Skills We re Seeking:
Possess a current, valid Idaho Driver s License
Fluent in English and able to communicate with basic Spanish
Extensive knowledge of landscape and enhancement work and skills required
Proficiency using all tools and equipment common to landscape enhancement work
Strong Plant identification and cultural plant knowledge
Experience with modifying, retrofitting and properly programming irrigation systems
Strong customer service and project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient computer and smartphone skills
Higher education in Horticulture and strong desire to continue to learn
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Landscape related field
Proven ability to lead others with a positive, collaborative approach
Work 10+ hrs. a day Monday through Friday with Saturday work as the season requires
Good manners, etiquette and professional appearance
