Responsibilities
- turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) experience
- electrical engineer with experience in Substations, Transmission, and Distribution design
- manage team of people but willing to role up their sleeves as do what is necessary
- must be able to translate the EPC design and scope of work into commercial agreements and negotiate those agreements with customers directly
- must be able to thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic market
- must be able to recognize internal processes that are weak and need improvement
Requirements
- BS is Electrical Engineer
- PE certification
- At least 15 years of experience in Substation, Transmission, and Distribution design
