JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to manage multiple employee engagement projects.
- Coordinate communication with employees
- Promote company's community activities
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Positive attitude and be able to represent the company professionally
- Communicating with team members, support staff and supervisors
- Experience with Power Point, Word and other Microsoft
- Able to work (at least once a week) to support events on the off shifts.
- Able to attend community events/recruiting efforts on weekends, when necessary.
- Have a valid driver's license to shop for events supplies.

Qualifications

- Experience on communications
- Experience in event planning
- BS or college credits on communication/marketing or related field
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
Be able to lift up to 35 pounds as part of job rotation.
- Be able to wear jeans, closed toe shoes (no fabric shoes), safety glasses and ear plugs as part of the PPE required.
- Background check and drug screen (for illegal drugs).
- Authorized to work within the United States
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
