MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Requires high school diploma OR GED equivalent supplemented by EMT courses/training equivalent. Requires successful completion of current SC EMT-Basic curriculum and S.C. written and practical examinations OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be in good physical health. Must possess a current SC EMT certification and a valid SC driver's license. No prior experience is required.
