Growing Electrical Contractor seeking experienced Electrical Project Manager for high volume, fast moving projects. Qualified candidate will have in-depth experience with the following functions of a Electrical PM:

• Strong Computer Skills
• Able to competently discuss issues with foreman and write RFI's as needed
• Ability to create Change Orders (Utilizing CONEST Preferred)
• Deal with project submittals soup to nuts, submit, review, address comments efficiently and quickly so items can be released in a timely fashion
• Knoweldge on pulling Electrical and Fire Alarm Permits
• Strong Electrical knowledge and background
• Able to read and interpret project schedules address any issues presented and stay on task to complete all aspects of a project in the time alloted
• Strong multi-tasking needed as our PM's are doing 10-15 projects at a time
• Read blueprints, address drawing changes, prepare and send out to jobsite foreman as needed
• Provide billing reports monthly to President for billing purposes and or create SOV and prepare billing personally
• Great interpersonal skills to maintain working relationships built and establish new ones
• All the above are bare minimum and do not fully encompass all the tasks this individual will be required to do

We are looking for a very experienced Manager who needs very little if any direction to complete commercial electrical projects in the DMV. Our projects range from $50k to $2m+. We are heavily involved in tenant spaces but can do any range of commercial work as well as government work. The expectations are high but with the right candidate we are willing to compensate in kind. Only very serious and qualified applicants are encouraged to apply as anything but that will not make it please don't waste our or your time if you are not someone who is truly qualified. We will teach all our systems, file conventions and the way we do things to the qualified individual.

• HIGHLY RECOMMEND AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WILL CONSIDER CANDIDATES WITH LESS HOWEVER IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
