E-Commerce Customer Service Job at TRIPP NYC
Apparel brand looking for an e-commerce customer service specialist. Must be familiar with Shopify and e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer care and resolution support through e-mail and phone calls
· Communicate with customers and answer any questions about online orders, products and general matters concerning website usage
· Work directly with the fulfillment team to ensure e-commerce order fulfillment remains efficient and returns/exchanges are completed in a timely manner
Skills Needed:
· Experience with Shopify
· Experience with customer service
· Excellent communication skills and team oriented
· Extremely organized
· Must be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills
· Experience with e-commerce
· Must have excellent computer skills
· Experience with Shipstation is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
