• Lead, guide, direct a team of up to 30 drivers monitoring performance, and providing coaching/counseling.
• Plan, dispatch and execute all orders through TMS.
• Utilize TMS for payroll and attendance.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with drivers.
• Ensure compliance to all safety rules and regulations with all company and government agencies.
• Ensure the service requirements are met/exceeded.
• Aid in driver recruiting efforts.

• 5 + years experience in transportation and logistics.
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Transportation TMS (TMW is preferred).
• Willing to be flexible based on changing business levels.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable learning, using multiple software systems.
