Dishwasher Job at A COMMON GROUND INC
Common Ground Bakery Café in Baltimore, MD is looking for a dishwasher to join our team. We are located on 3543 Chestnut Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21211 in Hampden. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. We are looking to hire people with food prep experience as well as dishwashing skills. Reliability, Timeliness, Communication, and Teamwork are key to this role.
Responsibilities

*Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using an automated dishwasher or by hand *Ability to do minor food prep according to standard kitchen practices *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas *Handling recycling and trash *Able to assist with stocking and inventory storage
Qualifications

*Prefer working experience as a dishwasher *High integrity with a great attendance record *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes benefits such as breaks and a food allowance. Scheduling is flexible based on our work hours from 6 am to 4 pm currently. We are open 7 am to 3 pm daily.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.50 - $15.00/hour.
