Responsibilities:

Equipment & Sanitation (E&S) – Dish room (Utility) Workers perform a variety of tasks which are essential for the dish room operation. These tasks include:

• Wash and sort dishes according to specifications, using large industrial dish machines.
• Maintain all the equipment which includes cleaning and sanitizing, sort dishes and equipment according to specifications and needs.
• Recycle alum cans, plastics and containers from inbound flights; recycle box cartons using cardboard bailer.
• Operate the pot-and-pan cleaning area and clean all cookware used by the hot and cold food kitchen.
• De-trash inbound beverage and food carts and put them through the cart washing machine.
• Sort and handle international and domestic trash using the sterilizer machine.
• Lift and carry various catering equipment in the production area.

Requirements:
Our employees:

• Must be able, available and flexible to work overnights, weekends and holidays according to the assigned schedule.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime when required.
• Must pass a criminal background and drug screening requirements.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniform as required.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Must be able to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive, work environment
• Must be able to carry and lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to push/pull up to 10 pounds for 500 ft.
• Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift (breaks & lunch break provided)
• Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment
• Must be able to work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures
• Must be able to work around moving parts, wet floors
• Must be flexible to work various shift/hours subject to change due to shift bidding
• Must be flexible to learn the tasks of various work stations as assigned by supervisor

Environmental Requirements:

• Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise.
• This position requires being active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing 70+ lbs.
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
