Compensation

$31-$41k per year (DOE)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• This role is on-site in Roseville, MN at our gorgeous, brand-new Market Center that is close to freeways and local businesses
• Answer the phone and properly route phone calls
• Greet everyone in a positive manner
• Maintain the appearance of Market Center
• Purchasing (supplies and equipment)
• Computer input
• Information management
• Customer/Vendor relations
• Assist management team (including but not limited to managing and coordinating calendars, appointments, meetings and ongoing projects as discussed)
• Assist with all Market Center events
• Sort and distribute mail daily
• Various other tasks, determined as needed and carried out with genuine enjoyment

Knowledge/Skills

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
• Extraordinary people skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Learning based
• Service-based attitude
• Proactive, positive attitude
• Computer savvy and knowledge of MS Word, Excel Google Suite, and all social media knowledge is a plus
• Willing and able to embrace new technology, master it, and teach it to others
