2.Medicare/Medicaid case mix throughout the facilities with the goal of achieving the company's financial objectives.
3.Responsible for distributing marketing materials to referral sources in relationship-building between area discharge planners and potential residents/responsible parties.
4.Assists and follows through on an appropriate marketing strategy including attractive and informative marketing materials.
5.Ensures compliance with all governmental regulations and company admissions policies and procedures.
6.Develops positive relationships on behalf of the company with the government regulators, families, area health care community, and the community at large.
7.Demonstrates knowledge of all State Department of Health rules and regulations and assists in the instruction regarding such rules and regulations to appropriate staff.
8. Maintains facility at current budget total and mix census on a monthly basis.
9. Act as liaison to community referral sources to educate on services offered at the facility. This will require being out of the facility 70 - 80% of the time.
10. Oversees the tours of the facility to prospective residents and families interested.
11. Maintain effective communication with referral sources regarding facility services and objectives.
12. Explores and utilizes available community resources applicable to residential health care facility programs.
13. Will be asked to help with admissions.
14. Participates in assigned public speaking engagements.
Local travel throughout the Jefferson County Area is required, company will reimburse for mileage.

Qualifications and Skills: Associates Degree from an accredited institution, additional experience may be substituted for education
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in long term care is preferred
