JOB DESCRIPTION

The SolarTech Direct Sales Rep role is a great way for experienced candidates to grow your career in solar sales! The right candidate for this role will be a team player who works hard and contributes to the success of SolarTech. This role requires fluent English (bilingual a plus), excellent grammar and communication skills. Candidates will be thoroughly trained in solar and equipped with marketing / presentation materials to make going solar simple for homeowners throughout California, Arizona & Nevada. We offer the BEST equipment available and provide straightforward savings, making it an easy sell to interested residential customers.

As part of the Direct Sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating leads through various channels including community outreach, home shows and outside events. You’ll provide a free consultation for homeowners via zoom, phone, email or in person, which includes energy analysis, solar system design, discussing financing options, and onboarding new clients.

REQUIREMENTS

· Some solar sales experience REQUIRED.
· Hard working with a positive attitude.
· Eager to sell QUALITY solar and energy storage products.
· Motivated to make money and grow your own career with a reputable, long-standing, growing company.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

· Should be familiar with Solar Design software, Aurora / Eddie

· Experience with CRM software, Salesforce
