ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Digital Marketing Speclaist to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This individual will work closely with our marketing team and other internal teams to grow and optimize our digital presence in support of corporate and employment branding and lead generation.

In this position, you are responsible for:

• SEO – Utilize auditing tools to conduct regular SEO audits and continuously improve search engine rankings for key search phrases.
• PPC – Manage paid advertising accounts among various channels and develop a daily workflow to optimize the budget and maximize qualified leads.
• Content – Develop a content calendar and work with our graphics specialist and subject matter experts to create and distribute content to support all stages of buying cycle and support SEO, lead generation, and branding.
• Email – Grow our email marketing and nurture campaigns for customer segments and targeted prospects, including our telemarketing prospects.
• Social Media – Assist in planning and executing organic and paid social content.
• Website – Help maintain the corporate website and make updates when needed. Conduct A/B experiments to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Analytics and KPIs – Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly reporting to show trends, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Flexibility to work evening hours needed for company events, etc.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, business analytics, or a related field of study is required with 3+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results.
• Advanced PC and software skills are required including Microsoft 365 Business, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress.
