Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager has a sharp eye for creative, is detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. This position will shape and execute online content marketing strategies for our DTC + B2B channels. Works closely with the Digital Marketing Director to support company growth and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
E-Commerce + Web
- Manage E-Commerce platforms including content creation, site functionality, layout, user experience supporting both DTC & B2B
- Analyze sales identifying customer preferences, trends, sizing. Use tools to monitor performance and areas of improvement.
- Develop performance reporting and content supporting monthly board meeting
- Planning and implementation of B2B order placement software
Digital Marketing
- Evolve and implement an effective SEO growth strategy. Define, monitor and report SEO KPIs. Proficiency in using SEMRush
- Implement digital ad strategy; writing copy, asset selection, create supporting landing pages, etc.
Email Marketing
- Development and execution of email marketing calendar supporting DTC & B2B channels
- Email content creation including copy, design & layout, testing, scheduling, and deployment
- Manage marketing automation for DTC + B2B; implement workflows to support lead generation and nurturing, optimize campaigns, and A/B testing
- Establish Klaviyo + HubSpot dashboard and reporting/analysis of performance and KPIs
Social Media + Content Marketing
- Implement strategy to increase brand awareness, audience, and customer engagement. Analysis of social channel performance.
- Oversee Social Media content calendar promoting products, events, brand initiatives
- Oversee Social Media content development providing direction on brand voice, asset selection, copy
- Manage company blog including content calendar, writing or curating blog posts, and implementation. Partner with medical writers to curate B2B content.
Additional:
- Provide support for video + photoshoot production, partnering with internal team and external agencies
- Provide leadership/coaching to Digital and Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing/brand management
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- System Skills: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Shopify, SEMRush, SAP
