Digital Marketing Manager Job at Jacksons Food Stores
The Digital Marketing Manager partners with Jacksons Digital Experiences, Merchandising, Operations, and Data teams in the timely execution of all marketing initiatives and efforts tied to the Loyalty Program and eCommerce across all marketing touchpoints. This role will be responsible for delivering insights and executing against marketing and content strategies that drive business objectives and new membership while continuing to build engagement, moving the customer up the loyalty ladder and influence desired behavior.
Some of what you’ll do as a Digital Marketing Manager:
· Collaborate with the Loyalty Marketing Manager (Digital Experiences Team) on strategic planning for eCommerce, Loyalty and Digital Marketing programs and execution across Jacksons Food Stores marketing channels to grow the lifetime value of our customers.
· Create and implement profitable customer engagement, retention and acquisition strategies across all digital channels including e-mail, websites, social media, mobile, paid media, SEM, and eCommerce.
· Manage daily/weekly/monthly programmatic performance analysis across enrollment, retention, and app content engagement. Uncover key findings on performance for each campaign and adjust quickly for future initiatives.
· Orchestrate promotional sequence and strategy of loyalty promotions across marketing vehicles, while partnering closely with cross-functional partners in the execution of loyalty promotions.
· Plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns personalized for each segment of customers we are targeting, to help grow our loyalty and eCommerce engagement. Execute a robust roadmap of activities to support marketing and business objectives.
· Translate customer KPI’s into insights to assist in creating growth strategies.
· Ensure marketing communications accurately reflects project scope and ensures optimal usability/customer experience.
· Provide thought leadership to enhance the loyalty rewards program, focusing on scale, personalization, and innovation.
· Monitor competitor CRM and Loyalty programs.
· Integrate customer analytics and insights into digital marketing and develop a test-learn-optimize approach to continuously improve program performance and value.
· Additional duties as assigned.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
· 3+ years’ experience in retail loyalty marketing or a direct marketing department.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
· A history of leveraging others appropriately and overcoming unexpected obstacles while utilizing appropriate metrics to measure progress.
· The ability to resolve conflicts and act to make things right for the customer.
· The ability to collaborate and cooperate with others.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Physical Demands:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. This position operates in a professional office environment.
