Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist Job at RX Saving Solution
Rx Savings Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist to join its expanding team. This position will be responsible for supporting the development and advancement of our B2B brand marketing via digital channels. In addition to managing the company’s brand presence on all social media channels, this teammate will support the Sales & Marketing team with efforts in brand awareness, sales support, and marketing pipeline development.

Reports to: Director of Content & Brand
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cultivation and creation of social media content and strategy for RxSS’s platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads) as well as any new platforms researched and considered as part of the overall strategy
- Create and implement content calendars & generate timely, on-brand social media marketing campaigns
- Utilize social media algorithms to drive peak engagement
- Manage, track and report on success of social media campaigns (organic and paid) on a monthly/quarterly basis and develop improvement strategies
- Manage all digital ad content– including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, other internal stakeholders, or external partners to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts via content distribution channels
- Execute initiatives to reach brand awareness and marketing pipeline goals through targeted email marketing (drip campaigns, retargeting, pre- and post-show event communications)
- Support content strategies and content updates for the RxSS public-facing website to support inbound marketing
- Manage, track and report on public website traffic using Google Analytics and provide insight by identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and strategy for optimizing user funnels
- Coordinate and manage communications assets library
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategy and optimize for public website, landing pages, and advertising
Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge and experience using website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong project management skills.
- Well-organized, capable of juggling multiple projects, with a passion for learning.
- Collaborative work style demonstrated by working with cross-functional teams and across departments to support business initiatives
- Willingness to adapt to change in a growing company
- Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power Point
