Development Coordinator – Lacey

The Associated Humane Societies is hiring a Development Associate to join our team in Lacey, NJ. This person is responsible for processing gifts and managing the bulk of donor acknowledgements, social media management, as well as other administrative duties. This position will also assist the Development Department with events, donor cultivation, social media, and outreaches.

Responsibilities:

· Entering in all gifts to DonorPerfect

· Processing acknowledgement letters for gifts

· Assisting with fundraising events

· Managing Social Media

· Other duties as assigned by the Development Director.

Qualifications:

· Must be over 18 years of age or older.

· Must have good communication skills

· Must have basic computer experience (Microsoft Suite, Office 365)

· Must have a High School diploma or GED

· Donor Perfect experience is preferred, but not required

· Basic animal welfare & fundraising knowledge preferred

Salary & Position:

· 9am-5pm, Part Time, with room to grow

· Based upon experience

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required. New hires must have one dose of a single-dose vaccine (J&J) or a first dose of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) by their first day of employment.
