As a motion designer at ReadySet, you will craft animation and video content to help support our product, marketing, and sales team. Your responsibilities will focus on a variety of projects, mainly videos, but also presentations, social media content, and other marketing and sales initiatives. You will work cross-functionally on a small multidisciplinary team creating animated product demos and prototypes, creating virtual camera rigs for virtual walkthroughs. You will head up video shoots, as needed, and work with green screens and 3D models. You will be responsible for editing and modifying existing motion graphics to fit specific project requirements. You will also create videos from conception to completion ​ as video content is essential in helping our clients understand the value ReadySet’s software brings.

Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker and problem-solver that excels at all aspects of motion graphics, taking on large and small projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, 3D animation, or a related creative field OR three years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional work experience in video/animation/motion graphics or related fields.
• Fluent in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, and 3D software (Cinema4D, Blender) and familiarity with the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of video editing (pacing, flow, and composition).
• Strong understanding of motion experience design, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Poses creative problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a can-do, solutions-oriented approach.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work to meet multiple deadlines.
• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment.
• Must be able to commute to the office, located in the Green Bay, WI area, 4-10 per year, as needed.
• Portfolio with relevant work samples.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience as an end-to-end videographer and able to record video on DSLR.
• Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and VR.
• 3D Motion Tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
