DENTAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST OFFICE
FULL-TIME (MON/TUES/THUR/FRI/2 SATURDAYS A MONTH)
Dental assistant with front desk experience, an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. Must be a team player with excellent-personal communication skills, Have a detailed work ethic and punctuality is a must. FOR LONG TERM POSITION. Responsibilities: Insurance verifications and submission, answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking patients in and out and collecting payments. May be needed to fill in for a dental assistant from time to time, so dental assisting background is a major plus: room set up and break down, sterilization, and chairside assisting. Qualifications: 1 year of dental experience required. Excellent phone manners and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to details. Open Dental experience is a plus.
We are a small boutique solo dentist cosmetic general dental practice that is looking to grow. We are patient-focused, fully paperless and digital practice delivering the highest level of patient care with state of the technology like Itero scanner, digital panoramic and gendex radiographs, Intra-oral cameras and Biolase laser.
