Defined Cafe is an innovative, brand-new concept: We are a shared Work/Internet/ Real Estate Cafe located in Oxford, MI. We provide premium coffee, specialty coffees, snacks, and other items in a comfortable and open Cafe. Our unique concept does not exist anywhere else! We provide free wi-fi for customers, printing and scanning services, meeting room bookings, package delivery, and consultations with various professionals. $15 hourly

• Greet and serve customers with quality coffees, snacks, and other services.
• Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate Square POS system and process incoming payments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including the health code.
• Maintain workstation and overall store cleanliness.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
• Perform other tasks including handling the cash register, answering customer questions, cleaning/sanitizing, etc.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items.
• Assist with printing services, shipping services, and meeting room bookings.
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred.
• Barista and Shift Lead Positions.

• Ability to transact with customers while selling a variety of products and services including coffees, snacks, printing, scanning, and shipping.
• Adhere to a work schedule and work as part of a team.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 lbs.
• Able to stand for a prolonged period of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work weekends and certain Holidays.
