OVERVIEW:

Our client, a US Fortune 500 company and a provider of managed Health care, Pharmacy benefits & specialty areas for managed care organizations / employers / government agencies, seeks an accomplished Data Entry (Remote work for residents anywhere based out of TX, AZ, UT, TN)

** LOCATION: 100% REMOTE || Candidate should be based out of TX, AZ, UT, TN

** DURATION: 4 months contract

**WORK SHIFTS: 6AM-2PM, 8AM-5PM, 2PM-10PM.

IMPORTANT Remote / Work-From-Home related:

· Equipment will be provided.

· Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection.

· Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment

· Candidate MUST follow business casual dress code during working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The main function of a data entry specialist is to operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.

· A typical data entry specialist is responsible for accurate information documentation and personal project management.

· Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.

· Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.

· Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.

· Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.

· Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

· Education: At least High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

Top 3 Must-Haves (Hard Skills)

· Typing 45WPM minimum

· Data Entry Experience (Min 2 Yrs)

· Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

· Microsoft office proficient

Nice-To-Haves (Hard Skills)

· Serving/Working with Pharmacy/Health clients

Must-Haves (Soft Skills)

· Communication and Verbal skills

· Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate orally in the English language is required
