The Position: We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:
· Excellent customer service that is always delivered with a smile
· Excellent typing, data entry, and communication skills
· Basic computer operator skills
· Excellent follow-up skills.
· Some analytical skills preferred
· Quick learner of computer software and ability to multi-task
· True desire to ensure our customers’ needs are met
· Enjoy working in a team environment
· Self-starter
· Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is a plus and strongly preferred
· Transportation and intermodal knowledge beneficial but not required
Responsibilities:
· Monitor and respond, in a timely manner, to multiple email accounts
· Handle incoming calls professionally from agents, vendors, and others
· Follow-up with agents, vendors and others as needed
· Interact with and support other departments as needed
· Other duties as assigned
· After hours on call overnight responsibility (3 week rotation with additional pay)
