Cobblestone 13 is looking for a Customer Service Representative to represent our company on behalf of our clients and is responsible for managing our external and internal communications. For this position, it is important to possess excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to address customer questions. While maintaining enthusiasm and a positive attitude to help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.

Daily Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Establish direct relationships with customers to find and attract new customers in a retail setting.
  • Inform customers of the advantages of the goods and services we provide to our clients that are suited to their demands.
  • In challenging or sensitive situations, immediately respond to customer demands to uphold customer agreements.
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls for ongoing education
  • Utilize common sense and your ability to multitask to uphold good member relations at all times.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 0 to 1 years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to perform Account Retention
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Plans and sets priorities for job activities
  • Self-motivated
  • Work successfully and efficiently both individually and in groups.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
