Customer Service Coordinator

CRST Transportation Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing organization in Ontario, CA.

Hours: Monday - Friday 12 pm - 10 pm

Job Summary: CRST’s Dedicated Solutions division is focused on service excellence to retailers and producers who need consistent, dependable, high-quality delivery services. We provide customers the flexibility of a private fleet, without the expense. Dedicated Solutions is divided into east and west divisions.

The Customer Service Coordinator ensures the delivery of excellent customer service by communicating back and forth with customers and drivers, scheduling appointments, and addressing any changes that come up throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide empties count of what was dropped a day prior to management
• Work with the streamlines to find locations where empties can be picked up
• Run a custom report that provides a list of loaded containers scheduled for delivery
• Update all of the BOLs with vessel, booking, ERD & appt
• Update RIO load report with BOL information
• Work with all the terminals to make appointments
• Run reports
• Provide status updates on containers
• Validate deliveries
• Schedule 200+ loads a day
• Answering customer emails on container updates
• Work with planning to ensure they have loads
• Work with dispatch on port issues
• Return damaged containers from the port

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 6-12 months experience in a relevant field
